I partner with organizations and institutions on leadership strategy, program design, and organizational effectiveness — with a focus on advancing women's leadership and building inclusive, high-performing cultures.

What I work on

Leadership program design and scaling — I design and deliver leadership development programs for emerging leaders, senior managers, and executive teams. I have built programs from the ground up and redesigned existing ones, working across organizational contexts from global nonprofits to financial institutions to academic partners.

Inclusive talent strategy — I advise senior leadership teams on pipeline development, high-potential identification, and the organizational conditions that enable diverse talent to advance.

Student and emerging leader development — I develop curriculum and tools for student leaders and faculty, currently including work with Conversation for Civility, Collaboration & Creativity, a research-backed organization building dialogue and community-building tools for educational institutions.

Organizational assessment — I apply staff engagement and leadership assessment methodologies to help organizations understand their talent landscape and take targeted action.
