I partner with companies on leadership strategy, program design, and organizational effectiveness — with a focus on advancing women's leadership and building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
What I work on
Custom leadership offerings — I design and deliver leadership development programs for emerging leaders, senior managers, and executive teams. I have built programs from the ground up and redesigned existing ones, working across organizational contexts including global nonprofits, social impact start-ups, regulatory agencies and commercial financial services providers.
Organizational assessment and inclusive talent strategy — I advise senior leadership teams on pipeline development, high-potential identification, and the organizational conditions that enable diverse talent to advance. My process can include deep-dive interviews, data analysis, staff engagement surveys and co-creation of inclusive talent strategies.
Student and emerging leader development — I develop curriculum and tools for student leaders and faculty, currently including work with Conversation for Civility, Collaboration & Creativity, a research-backed organization fostering dialogue and community-building tools for educational institutions.
